8th Grade Students will be seen at the Hearing and Vision Clinic at LKMS on 11-18-25 and the rescreen date on 12-1-25. Parents may OPT out of screenings for religious reasons. Please email the nurse a letter stating you want your student to opt out of the Hearing and Vision Clinic at kassandra_wanless@hcpss.org
If your student wears glasses or contact lenses, please make sure your student wears them on the screening day.
