The end of the school year is quickly approaching. If your child keeps medication in the nurse’s office, please remember to pick up your child’s medication(s) on June 17 by 11am or June 18th by 11am. No mediations will be held over the summer.
- Any medications left in the Health Office will be discarded.
- Students are not permitted to pick up or transport medications from school.
- New doctor’s orders and new medications will be required for each school year. Please make sure the new form is dated after July 1, 2026! Here is a link for your convenience:
