LKMS- Semester 2 Materials Distribution
 

February 10-11 and February 17-18

Semester 2 student materials distribution will take place again on February 10 and 11, and February 17 and 18 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please read the information below, carefully, so that the distribution process is safe and efficient.

The following items will be distributed to specific LKMS student groups:

Art Supplies- Students enrolled in Art during Semester 2 (quarter 3 or quarter 4), will receive a bag of art supplies. Please use Synergy to verify whether or not your student is enrolled in Art during Semester 2. For assistance with Synergy, including username/password help, click here..

Chromebook- We are pleased to announce that Chromebooks have arrived!

•     Families that have not been issued an HCPSS-owned Chromebook can retrieve a device.
•     Families that received a Dell device can exchange the Dell laptop for a HCPSS-owned Chromebook.
•     Upon taking temporary possession of an HCPSS-owned Chromebook, families agree to the HCPSS Student Mobile Technology Duties and Obligations.
•     Students should use the directions for connecting a Chromebook to Wi-Fi to connect it to their home network. Additionally, if your student(s) has forgotten his/her username or password or is new to HCPSS, they can use the Account Self Service directions to retrieve their account credentials.

Distribution Logistics

    Prior to arrival at LKMS:

•     Please use a dark marker and write the name of the person picking up the supplies, the student’s legal name, and the supplies needed (i.e. “Art”,  “Art and Chromebook”, or “Chromebook”) on an 8.5x11 piece of paper. Create one sign for each student retrieving supplies.

    Distribution will take place at the doors of the main entrance.
